what a horrible first time flying with them experience. We get to the airport, go to the ticketing counter to get our boarding passes and have a discussion at the counter about whether we should check our luggage or carry on as we had some valuable jewelry inside. We decide we didn’t want to lug it around the airport as the bag was heavy with our travel stuff so we decide to trust it to Spirit and check it in. While we are having our discussion and briefly discussed valuables 2 of the ticketing counter agents overhear our conversation. We get to our destination and what do you know! Hey our valuables are gone. So a ruined weekend we begin and the trust broken.
