they said I stopped taking the course.. but I had a family emergency (gave proof) my instructor wanted to give me an “I” so I could complete the course next semester.. they would not accept it now they want me to pay $2000 + for a course I never completed.. and it’s gone to collections.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
“forgive” the bill and remove the bill from collections immediately
