The company misled me on several occasions concerning my wireless services and then made unauthorizedchanges to my plans resulting in over a years worth of over paying for my services and ultimately driving me to switch companies. Which then resulted in my devices being charged off and they are now in collections. I moved for work to an area that has no service for T-Mobile they would not cancel my service I was told that had a booster that I could use at my home for service but once I drove to the store to pick it up they would not give it to me.
