I have spent over 20 hours on the phone with them, had damage to my home from techs- asked them to file it and to be fixed – then found out there were no notes on my account. I have videos of my internet being out and being told they showed no disconnect. I was promised by a supervisor I would have credits to my account and then he never answered the phone again and I was stuck with late fees. our bill in the past year went from 118.00 and now we are paying 177.00

our internet is no where near the speed it should be and it is impossible to get someone out without just replacing our equipment and saying it should be fixed.

I know we deserve compensation for the stress, time, money spent on the quality – or lack there of services we have received.
