Service dies frequently, customer service sucks, they claim i have a 6 yr contract and i dont.have one .there bank for the equipment which i wasnt aware of turned me in for collections because they called me from a spam number and wanted my name dob and ss number without identifying
who they were and what they were calling for.Sensors died immediately and then i had to pay to replace.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want them to wnd my service with them , take this stupid collections off and come get their wquipment they claim I am buying.
