Experian continues to report a fraudulent account FRANKLIN COLLECTION SV to collections that is not mine but fails to report my Discover card account that is in perfect standing….the creditor has sent letters and all the proper information to Experian but they simply will not insert the account into my credit file…..they removed it for no reason and will not put it back.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Remove the fraudulent account and re-insert my Discover account that is mine
