Comcast Complaint

The property that I live in is private property. I have been experiencing enormously high electric bills for the past year. So I check everything in the house to find that a comcast technician has installed the router power plug to a light switch in my attic in order to give the internet power. There light switch has been on unknowingly for at least 8 months 24/7 This was not done in agreement with anyone in my home and neither did he inform anyone that this had been done. When contacting comcast about the error they did not elaborate at all was only concerned that the services were working properly. They should be liable to some of these expenses incurred that this technique did this without informing anyone
