I have scheduled 3 payments with windstream for a future date (Friday) and they have withdrawn the payments the same day I scheduled them. I have screenshots of the entire process on two of the times I have went through, contacted them about this, and they deny it. They have advised me I scheduled the payment for that date.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want $1000 for the frustration and financial difficulties this has caused my family and myself as I am a single parent and am supporting my 2 children.
