A guest booked my place. When he showed up and saw me in person, he got scared ( I’m from Europe). He called Airbnb and said I’m a russian scam. Next he charged back his card saying I’m a fraud. Airbnb believed him, white male American – despite 200 pages of documents I have sent over a period of a year. No investigation ever took place. I suffered from depression as an aftermath and have anxiety and fear until today
