I am a driver for Lyft, i picked up their customer but the app would not work properly, would not let me start the ride. so that the customer was not delayed i began the trip and constantly tried to make it start the ride as we were going but it never did work. the customer said they would work with Lyft to make sure i got paid but lyft said they would not pay because the ride was not on their platform. the ride WAS on their platform but THEIR app was not functioning. it would have been dangerous for me to leave 4 girls stranded without a ride.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
pay the fare that they owe me and pay me for my time chasing down this fare.
