Las Vegas NV BofA held my safety deposit box.I closed it out after I moved to Texas and June 2019 requested BofA send the contents to me.UPS Showed 4 boxes but only delivered 2. The Bank stated on the phone it was only 3. The additional boxes are missing and I want a full investigation – the contents missing are approximately worth $50K. BofA did not alllow me to insure the contents and they never provided documentation of the contents when they drilled the box and inventoried and then shipped.This is Elder Abuse as I am 82 years old and BOA has done nothing to resolve the missing boxes and items.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Sue the pants off bank of america and require evidence of the contents and the actual shipping documents and then pay me for what they stole from me.
