They keep messing up on my service I’ve been with them for 9 years & I am a very vested customer.Long story short this is the 3rd time I buy a new sims card & I recently bought a new device that came withit’s own simscard I used my friends phone to activate my new device & get my same phone number transferred to my new device well they disconnected my my friends service & mine & I’ve been dealing with this for a while
