While taking a trip, my driver caught a flat, he then canceled the trip. Uber refused to send another uber, for my uncompleted trip, unless I paid for the fare.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I have lost an account for my company, and the fare and my personal belongings, add that to the second I was being charged for the driver’s error
