ADT business security misleading offers by ads or sales reps, product wasn’t what i was promised, unauthorized robocalls, overcharged me and wrongly sent account to collections and impacted my credit score

Last summer our business was broken into 3 times and all 3 times ADT failed to notify the police during and after th break-ins. Also, after relocating one of our stores to a new location, we were denied the package that was used at the prior location, yet charged for it. Multiple attempts to rectify this with the call center had no effect until I ultimately refused to pay them another dime until a rep took the time to come talk to us face to face – no one ever came but we got collection calls multiple times a day every day. It is ridiculous.
