I was being recorded without my consent. This host in Pheonix had a camera that was in the common space and she didn’t mention anything about it on listing or when I checked in. I reported it to Airbnb and they just gave me a refund of the say and told me to find a hotel and they can refund me for it. This was at midnight. I really couldn’t sleep and my entire trip was ruined because it took them six days to get back to me and their conclusion didn’t include information about if they know for sure the host deleted the images or the details of the investigation.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Share the details of the investigation and know that just because they refund you for a stay doesn’t mean anything. My entire trip I couldn’t stop but to think about did she really delete my images.
