we wanted a video doorbell..but we got a whole system . within the first 24 hours the doorbell wouldn’t work. it rang our inside of the house all night. i called art. which they transfer us to defenders. who installed it.they came the next day and disconnected it. and told us we had to wait to get a part. we waited 3 weeks. got the part and it still didn’t work. we call that day to cancel it. they told us we only had 3 days. i asked what about the 6 months. they told me its up to defenders.

refund and remove their system. it has been with in the 90 day. we would have asked earlier. but they told us to wait for the part..
