AT&T Customer service lied to me about price and charged me after cancellation

I signed up with att when an “in home sales expert” came to my home stating that he can get me a good deal. He proceeded to ask me questions of who I’m currently using and what my bill was. After telling him who my current wireless provider was and that I was spending $200 for 2 lines he then said he could get me a buy one get one free offer and my bill would be $170 with unlimited everything. I was pretty impressed by the offer and couldn’t resist especially if one of the phones would be free. So I signed up and that’s where I messed up. After signing up I did ask where all the documents would be regarding the contract to which he said would be mailed to me ( it never was ) when my first bill came up, it was showing a $311.00 balance to pay. I was more than upset and called asking why it’s so high.. after speaking with a rep that told me that both my phones were having to be paid for and there was no promotion nor would my bill regularly be $170. Man was I upset. So I went to att retail store more than 5 times and still nothing got resolved. There’s no way I’m paying over $200 regularly a month! I should’ve just stayed where I was if I knew this was the case. I was pretty much lied to about my whole plan and expect justice for this. I’m not paying for something I was lied to about.
