santander consumer usa charged me hidden fees

I’ve been paying my monthly payments every month. Probably a few days of the due date. But I never stop making my monthly payments. They are telling me that I am behind one monthly payment. They are saying that the payment for November satisfied the payment from October. I have proof that Ive been paying every month including my bank statements. I always make the payments online through my bank.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
They should have my account updated. I do not owe any month to this company
