Santander Consumer USA overcharged me or charged hidden fees

I authorized payments to come out of my account but was debited for more than I authorized.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like the issue resolved and something to happen as this isn’t the first time they have “not gotten” our original payment but last time it came out again after they made me pay them upfront on the phone
