When I booked a stay the cancellation policy stated I had until March to cancel with full refund. I tried to cancel 48 hous later and was unable to cancel without a full refund. You also had a choice of partial payment which I chose and they took the full payment. There is no way to pull up the tracking on the internet for only they have access to that. This has to be ileagal.

illegal. Refund. They still have 4 full months to rent the place.
