The property was listed as a entire house. But it was an entire apartment. Pictures showed back of the house as the front, because the front had two doors. Two doors meant two living spaces. When we got there we couldnt get in. Hard to get a reply from host. My mom’s funeral was that weekend. I didn’t want the property after seeing the lady and the huge dog on the property. That’s an issue for my son. They wouldnt let me cancel. The kept $1500 of mine and I never entered the apartment. Said I had to cancel with in 48 hours. I booked 48 hrs before the day. No way I could cancel. After many texts they just kept my money and did not help me. Even after pics, and proof of misleading advertising. I was so upset. My mom died suddenly and I was trying to have the space for my kids and siblings. Ended up losing money I didn’t have.
