Promised a 30day trial period, when we asked to end service they demanded a doctors note to describe the reason for canceling, after sending a dentists note 4 times they were denying having received it. When we told them we knew they had received the note because of the stamps, receipts, and confirmations we had on the delivery of each note, they finally admitted to receiving the notes, but wanted a “health doctor” to write the note. Finally, they dragged out the time of our fighting with them over the 30 day mark which the salesman backdated in the start, so they could charge $1300 for the cancellation fee.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund, pain and agony reimbursement, pay associated doctors bills, pay our loss of income opportunity, receive criminal charges for falsifying documents, and hand-write a letter apologizing to my mother for their rudeness.
