Santander Consumer USA Overcharged Me and Wrongly Sent my Account to Collections or Impacted my Credit Score, Misleading Offers by Ads or Sales Reps, Unauthorized robocalls

I purchased a vehicle from Santander made numerous payments but was always charged late charges or was not documented the payments I did make. They way over changed us financing charges. Was sent a letter I had 45 days to pay the vehicle off. Which I was planning on trying to do to get from under these people. Car was picked up way ahead of time was sold at auction for about 3 k and now they are trying to make me pay the other 11k supposedly owed on this vehicle. I have always paid my cars off. But these people are evil and they are stealing from hard working people and lying. It’s just not right. So now I have no vehicle after paying thousands that the balance never seemed to go down and I am car less. This has to be illegal. I really need some help.

I would like either my vehicle back or the money I paid in on the car and my credit to be cleaned up of this mess. Who. Tells someone they are left owing 11 k on a vehicle they have paid out the behind on and you sold it at a auction for 3 k.
