Santander Consumer USA Overcharged Me and Wrongly Sent my Account to Collections or Impacted my Credit Score

I financed a car with Santander under the impression that my payment would be $650.00 a month, however every few months they come back and say that we owe anywhere between $1400.00 to $2200.00 that they say is classified under “other fees”. If I call and ask, every rep tells me that payments are caught up and that nothing is owed at this time. However they have come and repossessed the car once which luckily we were able to get the car back. They stopped calling and sending letters for a while and payments were being made still, then they started calling and sending bills again despite the fact that the full payment is being made every month and in some cases extra is being put down on the payment. It seems that all this company does is say one thing to customers and then does the opposite. Again they just randomly throw in “other fees” and do not tell us that they are due until its built up to over $750.00 of those “other fees” they damage credit and when called and asked they tell us that everything is fine and up to date. As well as every bill that they send the amount does not add up correctly. I have the statements still as proof.

I want my credit fixed and the loan to be forgiven as this has been the most dishonest, corrupt and immoral business I have ever dealt with.
