I sold a house located in Katy, TX in September 2015. The service was canceled by phone, the alarm device was disconnected and also the telephone was disconnected. The new owner change to a different security service provider. However, ADT continued charging automatically $56.42 per month to my account. These charges have been done for more than 4 years up to the present time. I contacted ADT billing support and their answered that there were no records showing a cancellation and that they require a cancellation letter.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Since the monitored premise is no longer serviced, it is obvious that ADT didn’t check that the house had a new owner that had switched to a different security provider and that all things pertaining to ADT had been disconnected, such as the hardware. I am requesting that ADT SECURITY makes a refund for the four years of charges and stops automatic payments.
