Santander Consumer USA Overcharged Me and Wrongly Sent my Account to Collections or Impacted my Credit Score

I have been charged over $1000.00 in late fees. I was never once late on a payment. Misc fees adding up to over $1000.00 that were never explained or taken off after multiple requests.My credit score has been seriously affected by this.
