Verizon FIOS customer service lied to me about the price, service didn’t work as advertised and they charged me after cancellation and put incorrect info on my credit report

There is no way to cancel the tv service online. Their customer service chat says that they don’t have the ability to do so without my vocal consent and gives me a number to their customer service phone line. Their customer service phone reps then tell me there’s nothing they can do and send me back to chat.
