Frontier Communications Communications customer service tricked me

this story need to be explained .I would rather speak to someone.But long story short that promised reimbursement for a delaid flight up to $400 for each person in our party (it was 5 of us) so we can book tickets with another company, we did it with United and spent only $800 in total and after 7 weeks such a poor communication with forntier that said that we are not eligible for reimbursment only for partial credit of the first amount that we bought tickets with them ,they refund me $200 instead of $800.So upset words can not describe how frustrated it is ,now I have a debt of $800 and so much time and nerves that no one will return to me .
