Comcast customer service lied to me about the price and it didn’t work as advertised, Put incorrect info on my credit report

This company is a bully! I have been literally in tears behind the outrageous behavior of Xfinity/Comcast. I have been overcharged. My services have been horrible and when you complain they disconnect the services remove devices deactivate equipment and so much more!! My latest is I was told several times and also reminded that we are on a recorded line with this new lie!! And I quote ” If you are bringing your own device up to 2 lines there is NO CREDIT CHECK PERIOD! NONE! NOT SOFT OR HARD! Unfortunately, that was a LIE I asked why would you need my SS number if that is the case? After 3 hrs I was then told the same thing again. Finally, I was told of it is just checked with Equifax to make sure the information matches. I was livid!! Hello, that is a soft CREDIT CHECK!!! I cannot stand for this to go unpunished any longer!
