Santander Complaint

I applied for an auto loan with roadloans and was approved. After speaking with carmax where we had the vehicle ordered and delivered, I was informed that the loan needed to state the exact name that was on my license. I informed roadloans and they stated they would get this fixed. Also, since there would be a name change they would have to rerun my credit. Once this took place, I received information that my loan was denied. After speaking with them on the phone, they stated they would send this info to their review team. Not long after that I received an email that stated I was approved. I then received another email the next day stating that my loan had been denied. Once again I spoke with them and was informed they would look into it. I was then given approval once again. Finally, and once again, I am told that my loan has been denied. They stated my approval was for $29,345.15

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want the company to approve my loan as they initially did. Not only when they only had just my middle and last name, but after they had the name correct they approved the loan and then denied it again. Approve the loan
