Charter Spectrum customer service lied to me about the price and it didn’t work as advertised

They blew me off twice when i called for service. They said they have web hosting and they don’t. They were supposed to put in a ticket to fix the problems I was having and nobody ever got back to me after 3 tickets an hours on the phone not getting anywhere then yesterday the lady fixed most of my problems but it’s still going to take another 72 hours and they also have a security suite that is not compatible with my iMac
