Credit One Bank Failed to Respond to Fraud

I called I because I lost my credit card and found out it was used on Samsung Pay! I called to let them know that I requested a new card but received one with the same exact number I previously had. Customer service were not understanding what I wanted to do. I just wanted a new card. But was told that I had to call back in a “couple days”.
