T-Mobile Customer service lied to me

FYI I just pulled my credit card statement and on 4-2-20 T-Mobile charged $596.36 on my BOA Credit Card. So you need to credit my account for $366.39 immediately. the original charge on 3-26-20 on my discover charge which was $162.00 has not been refunded either as it was supposed to. so as of this date have paid you $758.36 and now I still owe AT&T $499.99 so that is now a total of $1,258.35. I would call this absolute fraud on your part. Someone had better contact me and start issuing credits on my credit cards or i will seek legal council.
