Sprint Locked my account

I purchased a phone, and they told me on a piece of paper my phone was going to be a certain price. Over time, the bill, and statements on the bill went from 190, to 460. I asked them and they messed with my bill more. I now pay $460 each month for two phones. I have also been charged with out automatic payments set up, and just my card being charged that was on file without any authorization.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
A refund, my lost phone delivered and I want to completely stop service with them
