Suddenlink Service Didn’t Work as Advertised

The first incident I was charged for a month and a half of service when they had shut me off for non payment also not my fault the customer service agent from india that could not understand me put my name in wrong so it kept kicking my payment back so they said they took the charges off but it was still charging me all these fees After I called and canceled my service because the bill I was getting was way more than told over the phone they still were charging me for time I didn’t use also charging modem rent when I was told someone would be by to pick it up since I could not leave my home to return it it is still here and I still have a bill of 280 something from all this and you cant ever reach anyone in upper management
