January 2020 after an upgrade
They are billing me incorrect higher amounts
They lied about honoring a promotion
They lied multiple times by multiple customer service reps

Nothing of what they say happens

They are deceitful in their actions

I have wasted more than 10 hours with them at my expense

I am seeking a refund on all services paid
For 2020
A credit for my iphone and to terminate the relationship

As well as punitive damages for deceitful tactics and lying

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Pay me back my time on an average hourly rate of my salary times 10 hours of being lied to my face
