Sprint Bad Customer Support

We switched policies to Sprint because they were offering to pay our old policy off which they didn’t. After a month our first bill came through and it was over $600, so I called to cancel because we couldn’t afford that which is why we switched in the first place. They told me I could send everything back with no charge against us and I did. Now they have my 2 phones for xfinity and I sent them their phones and tablets back but they’re still trying to charge me over $2000 for phones I don’t have and they apparently lost and other bogus charges that they can’t ever explain to me when I call and they always hang up on me.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want them to take the charges off of my account and sent Xfinity the money they said they would send
