AT&T Customer Service Lied to Me

They over charged me for a bundle package for 4 months and I was not credited for the over payment I paid therefore I cut off service. This started in November 2019 to March 2020. I refuse to pay for early disconnect. I made several attempts to get this corrected and they refused to agknowlge. I have all my receipts.
