Have had trouble from day one I got this new phone. It doesn’t reach to my home it doesn’t work on wify I don’t get my messages and I payed extra to have my bill due on the first of the month when I get my SS check in the bank but they keep cutting it off on the 30 or 31 and charge me 3 dollars more to pay at store when I complain it goes on deaf ears

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Give me the money I spent on a phone that’s not connecting to the internet I payed cash 175.00 they have replaced the phone twice it had internal problems but it still not connecting to my WiFi in my house
