I ordered an xbox headset through ebay and paid through paypal. I contacted the seller saying I no longer wanted the item, the seller still shipped it and when I sent the item back the seller claimed they never got it. Paypal was telling me I had to prove that I did send it back. I have called ebay paypal and usps all to see if theres anything they can do to help me prove i shipped it back. No one could help me so I told paypal I was not paying them since I sent the item back. Now paypal still has the amount on my account and has just sent a missed payment report to credit bureau which hurt my credit score. How can someone just say they did not receive the item and not have to prove it. 2 simple things they could have done 1. got camera footage of the usps office where I dropped the package to send back to the seller or 2. got in contact with the sellers local post office and confirmed if they had any packages returned to the seller between those dates. I am getting robbed by the seller and paypal!

Return my credit score to what it was along with my 100% payment history which is now 98% because of paypal
