Suddenlink Customer Service Lied to Me

Started mid-December 2019. Service started dying and decaying for extended periods (days to a week). They’ve made me drive in to exchange 3 modems now. I’ve had a dozen tech visits, every one who actually checks the exterior service tells me it’s the service. They tell me they credit me but then triple charge me one month to give me two months free. They claim I was a no-show when they have no proof they came out, but I have proof I was home. Service is still out.
