AT&T Customer Service Lied to Me

Started November 2019 i was being over charged hundreds of dollars with no explanation i kept calling in and having my account adjusted to correct the over charging but i keep being over charged and then AT&T debited my bank account without my permission 740$ and refuses to admit that they have the money.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
review all past payments and payment history making all necessary refunds and adjustments and cancel my contract.
