Charter Spectrum Customer Service Lied to Me

April 6th I cancelled my service within the 30 day back $ guarantee.i was told the 65.09 would be put back on my card within 3 to 5 days. I waited a little longer to call them because of the virus but when I did call I was told they dont do that that I have to go thru a company called wire card 18778711283 ..when I called they said they sent it out on the 17th!.o said it’s almost the 17th again. I dont want their card I want my $ back in my bank .they refused both now I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days..this $ could put food on my table or pay a utility bill as we are in this crisis. They have the recording of the girl lying
