First my daughter actually called years ago opened a account in her name.. my daughter was only 15.. it was only about a year down
The road when there became a problem with the internet and Haleigh, my daughter called century link. because my daughter was honest and they asked her what was her birthday..she told them 09/21/1999. It was then they said she couldn’t have a account.. century link would not, with me sitting next to my daughter on the phone with century link would not just transfer it into my name.century link stated they wouldn’t do that.. after I believe it was 3.5 hours on the phone with century link, me telling them reasons why century link shouldn’t charge me any money and to please just transfer it into my name, since it was century link who made the mistake .after me, the customer, talking to the highest manager on duty that day..long story short.century link ended up charging me over 100.00 to have this mistake,( that I had nothing to do with)FIXED.. that’s just one of my claims..so out of all I picked the most important of them all. Century link cannot give my 3.5 hours and the stress it caused me BACK…OR MY MONEY BACK ..WHICH MY 15 YEAR OLD HAS HAD AN CENTURY LINK ACCOUNT, I BELIEVE OVER A YEAR..15 YEARS OLD..WHAT WAS THAT TEACHING MY DAUGHTER?? NOTHING.. BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO HAVE MOST ACCOUNTS..ADULT AGE..NOT 15..
