I went to store to upgrade I was told they were out of Samsung phones they sold me a defective motoe6 when I call 2weeks later I was told it could not be returned and I was told phone was unlocked . It is locked. Iv been with this company for over 10 years, an this is all I can take,can’t take anymore. I’m a health care nurse an must have reliable phone an service, if not it could very well cost my client their lives
