I sold tickets to a concert 2 days after Stubhub changed their sellers policy on March 6th, 2020. This new policy change stated that payouts for sold tickets would happen after the event takes place. Due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, certain concerts including the ones I sold tickets to are postponed without any mention of further event dates. This means I no longer own my tickets & my money from selling the tickets is stuck in limbo indefinitely until the concert is announced & then takes place. This payout policy changed without my consent & I feel it’s unjust to withhold earned funds from users like me on their platform.
