In May of 2019, I asked for my services to be suspended until renovations were done to my home. My services were suspended but ibwas not informed that i will be charged $7 monthly during the renovation until my services were restored. Unfortunately my home was not complete in the original time frame i gave the representative so i asked for another extension. I was granted the extension and still was not informed i had to make a monthly payment. I recently received a bill for $219.78 for a service i have not used in a year. I tried to resolve it with a floor supervisor with the Loyalty Dept., Victor, but this issue was not resolved. Ive been a loyal customer to Direct TV since 2003. I refuse to make the payment because i dod not utilize the service. I asked for a cancellation and Victor initially told me he could not cancel my services until i clear my payment. I knew that wasnt true, so i requested my account to be cancelled, at which point Victor put forth the cancellation ***-***-****6A. I would like my bill cleared.
