DirecTV Wrongly Sent Account to Collections or Impacted My Credit Score

AT&T Directv (Account: *******) has contracted IC System to collect on $1,173.00 of which is not owed. Statue of limitations has expired for this account. (Open Accounts O.C.G.A. 9-3-** (4 Yr) Oral Contracts O.C.G.A. 9-3-** (4 Yr)) Th Original Creditor or Collections Company unable to produce valid signed contract. AT&T Directv and IC System has not been able to validate the debt according to the FCRA. This account is over six years old. The collection agency working on AT&T Directv behalf is reporting the invalid debt to the credit agencies which is a violation of the FRCA. The inaccurate reporting has damaged my credit worthiness which is preventing me from procuring favorable financial term to support my family during the COVID19 pandemic.
