I was told a discounted plan and a discounted phone. I signed up and turns out out there’s $25 subsidize fee for every line added to the plan if you get discounted phone. It turns out you can only get one discount. I think I am paying more because some phones i got were cheaper and cost me more because I left another service where I am probably saving more. Then, they offer $5 for automatic payment so maybe so you dont have to check your statement because all of these hidden charges.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
A refund, training for all their people.
