5/15/2020 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 11 E 22, NEW YORK NY KEYBANK MATTHEW ISLER, ***-***-****. WAITED OUTSIDE ON THE LINE @ 11:30 am no one inside of Keybank. Only access atm. I have $6000. In Keybank from the dept of labor no debit card no account number no access to my unemployment benefits each week the dept of labor deposits my money into account with Keybank. Each time I call 866 295 2955 I wait on hold 2 hours then the call gets disconnected. This has been happening since 4/16/2020. IN ORDER FOR A SUPERVISOR TO INVESTIGATE I HAVE TO AGREE TO PAY A FEE. MILLIONS OF AMERICANS HAVE NO ACCESS TO THEIR ACCOUNTS AND NY DEPT OF LABOR IS AWARE OF THIS ISSUE. I WANT TO SUE KEYBANK.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Give me my account number, debit card, all Unemployment benefits deposited from Unemployment since 4/16/2020. REMOVE FEES TO INVESTIGATE. STOP HOLDING TAX PAYERS UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS.
